Return/Exchange Policy
Living R3 customers can request an exchange or receive a full refund on products returned within 30 days of sale. Products may be opened or unopened. To exchange or return a product, please email customer support at support@livingr3.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, delays in shipping by the selected shipping source, or packages shipped to an inaccurate address.
Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping: your order will be shipped using USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and the time until delivery will be an average of 3-9 business days.
Unforeseen Delays
Living R3, LLC makes every effort to ensure orders are delivered in a timely fashion. For cases of unforeseen delays in the delivery of your product(s), we will make every effort to communicate with you updates on the progress of your orders and when you can expect to receive them.
