Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Living R3, LLC. is not responsible for carrier delays or other delivery delays outside our reasonable control.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Living R3, LLC. Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure that allows us to operate the store but is not the seller of products offered by Living R3, LLC.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for the products, services, representations, warranties, fulfillment, returns, refunds, or other obligations associated with transactions between you and Living R3, LLC.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIVING R3, LLC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIVING R3, LLC. FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND DO NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living R3, LLC., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:
